● This is a pot exclusively for frying, tempura, and deep-frying. Do not use it for other dishes.

● Do not add oil during cooking.
● Do not let the oil temperature rise above 200°C, as the oil may ignite.
● Never leave the pot unattended during cooking. Always turn off the heat when leaving.
● When heating, use low to medium heat so that the flame does not extend beyond the bottom of the main body. If heated with high heat larger than the bottom of the main body, the handle may become hot or scorched.
