Basic usage *Please check each recipe for ingredient quantities and cooking times.
Bake: 1. Add ingredients, 2. Cover and heat in microwave, 3. Flip ingredients, 4. Reheat on the other side
Stir-fry: 1. Add ingredients, 2. Cover and heat in microwave, 3. Mix ingredients, 4. Mix and reheat
Simmer: 1. Add ingredients, 2. Add water/dashi stock, 3. Cover and heat in microwave
Steam: 1. Add ingredients, 2. Add a small amount of water, 3. Cover and heat in microwave
Boil: 1. Add water, 2. Add ingredients, 3. Heat in microwave
Cook rice: 1. Add ingredients, 2. Add water/dashi stock, 3. Cover and heat in microwave, 4. Steam

● This product is intended for cooking in a microwave.
・Only compatible with microwave heating function.
・Not compatible with microwave auto cooking functions.
・Not compatible with oven, grill, or steam functions on microwaves.
● Please clean the inside of the microwave before use.
● After use, please wash thoroughly. If dirt remains, it may cause smoke or fire.
● When cooking ingredients containing oil or sugar, the main unit will become hot. Place this product directly on the bottom of the microwave or on the turntable.
