Basic usage *Please check each recipe for ingredient quantities and cooking times.

Stir-frying: 1. Add ingredients, 2. Cover and heat in microwave, 3. Stir ingredients, 4. Stir and reheat
Simmering: 1. Add ingredients, 2. Add water/broth, 3. Cover and heat in microwave
Steaming: 1. Add ingredients, 2. Add a small amount of water, 3. Cover and heat in microwave
Boiling: 1. Add water, 2. Add ingredients, 3. Heat in microwave

・Only compatible with microwave function (heating).
・Not compatible with automatic functions of microwave ovens.
・Not compatible with oven, grill, or steam functions included in microwave ovens.
● Please remove any food stains from inside the microwave oven before use.
● After use, please wash thoroughly. If used with dirt attached, there is a risk of smoke or fire.
● When cooking ingredients containing oil or sugar, the main body will become hot. Please place this product directly on the bottom of the microwave or on the turntable.
