Shipping Policy
All orders ship internationally direct from Japan. By shopping with us you can buy authentic Japanese products and have them delivered to your country.
Processing Time
In-stock items are typically prepared for shipment within a few business days after your order and payment are confirmed. Pre-order items ship around the date shown on the product page and may be sent separately from in-stock items.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- International shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order.
- Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated transit times are shown at checkout where available; please note these are estimates and not guarantees.
- Combined shipping: items from multiple shops in a single order are consolidated and shipped together where possible.
Import Taxes, Duties & Delivery Terms
Unless checkout clearly states that duties and taxes are prepaid, orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means the product price and shipping fee paid to us do not include destination-country import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, carrier handling fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges. These are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority before delivery.
EU orders: import VAT may be payable regardless of order value, and customs duties may apply depending on the value and type of goods. If we use the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) for an eligible order, VAT will be collected at checkout and indicated accordingly.
UK orders: VAT and customs treatment depends on the value and type of goods and applicable UK import rules. Where required by law, VAT may be collected at checkout; otherwise the carrier or customs authority may collect VAT, duties, and handling fees before delivery.
If additional import charges cannot be calculated in advance, you acknowledge that such charges may be payable before delivery. Refusal to pay import charges may result in delay, return, abandonment, or disposal of the parcel. Original shipping fees, import charges, and carrier handling fees are not refundable by us unless required by applicable law. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
On Delivery
Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If the package is visibly damaged, note this with the carrier where possible and contact us. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, see our Returns & Refund Policy.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
