Each brand first sends your items to the ONECART warehouse in Japan. Once everything has arrived and been inspected, we ship your order from Japan and email you the tracking number.

Your order number is in your order confirmation email.

Why haven’t I received a shipping confirmation yet?
Your items first travel from each brand to the ONECART warehouse in Japan. We ship once everything has arrived and been inspected. Most orders ship within 2–5 days; orders with pre-order items or items from several brands can take longer.

My order has items from several brands.
We wait until items from all brands have arrived, then ship them together in one package.
