Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this online store (the "Store") operated by xxxxnese inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing, registering an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Overview

The Store is a cross-border shopping service that offers authentic products sourced in Japan for international customers. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy, and any rules we publish on the Store.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Store. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate, current information.

3. Products & Information

Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for reference and may be AI-assisted translations; minor differences (such as color due to display settings, slight measurement tolerances, or manufacturer updates) may occur and are not considered defects. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that all content is error-free.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change due to exchange rates; the amount charged includes applicable cross-border payment handling.
• An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the order appears fraudulent — and will refund any amount paid in that case.
• If some items in an order are unavailable, the remaining items may still be shipped; if all items are unavailable, the order is cancelled and refunded.
• Because orders are prepared promptly for cross-border shipment, changes or cancellations after ordering cannot be guaranteed.

5. Shipping, Customs & Delivery

Orders ship internationally from Japan. Delivery times are estimates. Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refund Policy. As cross-border direct-import goods, items are eligible for return under the conditions set out in that policy, including the EU/UK right of withdrawal where applicable.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to resell products in violation of applicable law, to interfere with the Store's operation or security, or to infringe the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Product names, characters, and brand marks are the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Store and services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law applicable to you.

10. Privacy & Personal Data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Because we operate from Japan and use service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, logistics providers, analytics providers, and customer-support tools, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence.

If you are located in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with privacy rights, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or opt out of certain processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. However, if you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country or region of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights, remedies, warranties, withdrawal rights, or guarantees that apply to you under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or replaced to the extent necessary to achieve its intended effect as closely as permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted on this page, and continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance.
