《Notes on Use》
● Cannot be used in microwave ovens, ovens, or IH cooking heaters.
● Prolonged contact with strongly acidic or alkaline foods may cause discoloration or rust.
● Due to the manufacturing process, small black spots or lines may appear in inconspicuous areas of enamel, but this does not affect use. Also, burrs may remain on the rim. For cleaning, please use a sponge or scrubber and do not wash with bare hands.
● The surface of enamel is glassy. Dropping or hitting it with impact may cause the surface to crack or break.
● When using for the first time, wash with a neutral dish detergent before use.
● If the glassy surface chips due to impact or dropping, the base material will be exposed, and if moisture or salt remains attached, it may cause rust.
● In the unlikely event of discoloration or chipping of the glassy surface, discontinue use immediately.
● After use, wash thoroughly with a soft sponge and neutral dish detergent, wipe off water, dry completely, and then store. Also, to prevent scratches, do not use cleansers, hard brushes, melamine sponges, or chemical cloths.
● If the dirt is severe, add hot water, soften it, and then wash. Do not use hard metal objects such as spatulas.
● Do not leave submerged in water for long periods. Do not soak and wash.
● Do not dry-fire. If dry-fired, do not suddenly cool with water etc.
● The handle part can become hot when the main body is heated, posing a burn risk. Use thick mittens or the like to avoid direct contact.
● Do not use with water filled to the brim.
● Do not store food etc. inside the pot.
● Do not use for deep-frying such as tempura.
● Do not use for stir-frying.
● Due to the use of natural materials, there will be individual differences in color and grain.
● The wooden parts are sensitive to heat, so please handle with care.
● Do not use or store in places out of reach of infants and pets.
● Do not use for purposes other than the intended use.
