【YUKINE】Bath Towel

The squeaky sensation when you grip it comes from enhanced absorbency due to ultimate post-weaving refining. Post-weaving refining, a characteristic of Senshu towels, is the process of washing away dirt from cotton threads and sizing agents used in weaving that adhere to the woven fabric. "YUKINE" puts twice the effort into this post-weaving refining. This maximizes the inherent absorbency of cotton. The squeaky sensation when gripped by hand is created by the overlapping of freshly washed cotton threads. And with each wash, it becomes fluffy, soft, and gentle to the touch. Starting with a "vivid white" reminiscent of a snowfield, white is used for the warp pile, and color variations are added to the weft, creating a design where soil, water, and plants peek out from the snow.
All Shinto Towel products use organic cotton.
