One of the characteristics of Senshu towels, "post-bleaching," is the process of washing after weaving. By bleaching at the end, the starch necessary for weaving the towel, dirt attached to the fabric, and oil and impurities contained in the cotton yarn itself are removed. "Yukine Sarashi" doubles the effort in this post-bleaching process. This maximizes the water absorption inherent in cotton. And with each wash, it becomes fluffy, soft, and gentle to the touch.
