《Before Use》
Before using for the first time, steam the steamer set empty. Empty steaming removes dust and wood lye.
1. Boil plenty of water in a pot.
2. Once boiling, reduce to medium heat, place the empty steamer on top, and steam for about 15 minutes.
3. Rinse quickly with water to remove dust, wood lye, and debris. If continuing to cook, use as is. If not using immediately, wipe off moisture thoroughly and store in a well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight to dry. For subsequent uses, use as normal.
《Precautions for Use》
● Please steam empty before use.
● Due to natural materials, there may be individual differences in color, wood grain, and size. Please be aware of this in advance.
● Bamboo streaks, knots, stains, spots, distortions, dents, small scratches, and splinters may be present, but there are no problems with use, so please understand.
● Gaps may form between the bamboo materials.
● It may expand and contract due to steam and heat during use, causing slight changes in color, shape, and size.
● When steaming, bamboo astringent substances may come out, causing the water in the pot to turn brown or lightly coloring the food. Please be assured that bamboo astringent is safe to ingest.
● Steamers are consumables, so please use them for approximately 1 to 2 years. Gaps, cracks, and splinters may occur regardless of the number of uses or usage conditions.
● Please use a cooking sheet, steaming cloth, or leafy vegetables on the steamer.
● Clean promptly after use.
● Use and store out of reach of children and pets.
● Avoid using and storing in extremely hot, cold, humid places, or in direct sunlight. This may cause quality deterioration or damage.
● Do not use or store near fire.
● Do not use for purposes other than its intended use.
● When disposing, follow the disposal guidelines of your local municipality.
