Sushi Oke / Sushi Rice Bowl

A sushi oke that uses the water absorbency of natural wood to evaporate excess moisture from the rice, creating fluffy and delicious vinegared rice.
It can create a gorgeous presentation from everyday dining to celebratory occasions.
It is also useful not only for making vinegared rice but also for serving chirashi sushi and hand-rolled sushi.

●Because natural wood is used, there may be individual differences in knots, warping, wood grain, color, and size. Also, due to the usage environment and aging, warping, cracking, and color changes may occur. Please understand this in advance.
●Due to the nature of natural wood, splinters and fuzz may occur. If you are concerned, please sand with commercially available sandpaper.
●Before using for the first time, fill the tub with rice rinsing water, leave it for 2-3 hours to remove astringency, rinse lightly with water, and air dry in the shade.
●When filling with water, be careful of leaks.
●Lightly wetting the inside of the tub with water before use will prevent rice grains from sticking.
●After use, wash with lukewarm water or water, wipe dry with a dry cloth, and air dry in a well-ventilated place in the shade.
●Do not soak in hot water or water, or wash by pouring hot water.
●Do not use bleach, thinner, benzine, steel wool, polishing powder, or cleaners.
●Dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, and refrigerators cannot be used.
●Do not use near fire or in places that get hot.
●If it comes into prolonged contact with substances with strong colors or odors, the color or odor may transfer to the product.
●Do not leave wet, as it may cause discoloration or deformation or mold.
●Avoid storing in direct sunlight or in places with high temperature and humidity, as it may cause discoloration or deformation.
●If the tub rim becomes loose or detached, stop using it.
●Since it is a natural material, resin components may appear. While there is no problem with quality, if stickiness is a concern, wipe with a diluted solution of vinegar and water.
●Depending on your constitution, you may experience itching or rashes. If you feel any abnormality, stop using it.
●Do not use for purposes other than the intended use.
