Regarding Keiichi Ishii's works: When using tableware for the first time, we recommend boiling it in water with a pinch of flour for about 10 minutes to prevent color transfer. Before use, depending on the dish, you can prevent color transfer by sufficiently soaking the tableware in cold or warm water.
