Known as an exceptional sauna punk, he is highly regarded by all sauna lovers. With the idea that "not limited to official sauna facilities; depending on your mindset, anywhere can become a sauna," he seeks out locations outside official facilities that meet the conditions to function as saunas, holds "nora saunas," and continues to pioneer new saunas as an evangelist.

――Today, while enjoying nora saunas in various situations, you used the shop window and the fitting room at Freaks Store — how was it?
"The inside of a shop window is narrow like being with mannequins, there are lights, and the air conditioning doesn't hit the position, so it's suited to a sauna; when sunlight hits it gets extremely hot. I've already become bored with ordinary saunas, so I'm not interested in them at all. So the chilly stares from passersby, like 'what is that person doing?', and the direct sunlight combined with artificial light made it just right."
――As an amateur, I would think fitting rooms aren't suitable for nora saunas because sunlight doesn't enter — what do you think?
"Well, the position of the staff is important. If you think 'are they outside waiting for me to come out after changing?', you naturally start to sweat little by little. In daily life, you sometimes sweat because of unpleasant things, right? That's just a sauna. It's a shame not to notice that."
――Is that sweat the same as sauna sweat?
"People say 'I broke out in a cold sweat' when they're flustered, but sweat is sweat, whether pleasant or unpleasant — it's like voluntarily going to a sauna. Even if you think 'what an unpleasant world,' that means you've become 'sorted' [relaxed]. People say they feel 'refreshed' in a sauna. I say it 'clears up.'"
――That's craftsmanship at its peak. What nora sauna spots would you like to try next?
"It's hot now, so in summer almost anywhere is a sauna, so it's hard to choose. Walking the city you can get heat between vending machines, and if it rains you can quickly experience asphalt löyly. You know, a person's back is nice."
