A half coat made from robust, tea-core horsehide leather, blending ruggedness with sophistication. Designed with inspiration from American car coats of the 1930s, it inherits a classic mood while being adapted for modern wear, exuding an aura that is both vintage and distinct from used clothing. The horsehide features a strong, dynamic grain, a characteristic of spirited horses, with each piece displaying a unique expression. The tea-core leather allows for a beautiful gradation as the surface wears away over time, gradually revealing the underlying brown core. Despite its substantial thickness and durability, the pattern is meticulously crafted to distribute weight, ensuring it doesn't feel heavy when worn. This design minimizes the stiffness often associated with leather, creating a silhouette that drapes and fits well. For this piece, we've kept the processing minimal to preserve the joy of developing the leather's character over time.
