Regarding each part
This product uses highly decorative parts.
Also, each flower part is carefully finished by hand by artisans, so there are individual differences.
Please be aware of the following when using the product.
- Parts and accessories may have sharp edges. Please be careful not to scratch surrounding items or irritate your skin.
- Parts and accessories are prone to snagging and detaching easily. They may also break if subjected to strong impact, so please handle with care.
- Due to manual finishing, there may be slight differences from the product images shown. Please understand this in advance.
Regarding the ring carabiner
The black ring part is painted, so peeling may occur due to friction etc.
Please purchase with the understanding that this may happen.
When attaching coil straps etc., please handle them gently without applying excessive force.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for damage caused by excessive force or improper handling.
Regarding metal fittings appearing in photos
- Since wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle cameras (telephoto for iPhone 12 series and later) are installed, the camera activates in a wide range.
- Due to the above functions, the ring-shaped metal fittings and pocket part attached to this iPhone case will appear in some parts of the photos and videos.
- To avoid this, we recommend holding down the pocket attached to the case and the ring-shaped metal fitting attached to the top of the iPhone case with your hand.
- The ring-shaped metal fitting is removable, so it is fine to use it without it.
- Due to the product design and the specification of storing cards etc. in the pocket, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to users, but we ask for your understanding.
Regarding the pocket
- The pocket attached to the main body is the perfect size for storing cards and small items.
- You can pass through the ticket gate with a transportation IC card stored in it.
It can also be used for various purposes such as storing coins, keys, accessories, and personal medication.
- The case can stand on its own when the snap button on the back of the pocket is released, which is very convenient for watching videos, shooting, streaming, video calls, etc.
- If you store cards or hard items in the pocket, the case will stand on its own even when placed horizontally.
Regarding the attached strap
- The attached strap should be attached to the small round metal fitting (non-removable) at the bottom of the case (below the pocket). Attaching it to the ring-shaped metal fitting at the top of the case (above the pocket) is not recommended.
- The attached strap is included with this product, so it is not sold separately. Please understand this in advance.
- The length of the strap can be adjusted, so if the length is too long upon delivery, please adjust it to your preference.
- If the strap length cannot be adjusted, please tie the end of the strap to adjust the length.
Regarding IC card storage
- iPhone 8 and later models use a metal body (Felica (electronic money technology)), so if you use multiple magnetic cards in the pocket, we recommend not overlapping the magnetic parts to prevent magnetic failure, or using an "IC card interference prevention seal" which can be purchased at electronics stores etc.
Regarding the camera window shape
- The shape of the camera window in the product photos may differ from the size indicated in the product name, but the product you receive will correspond to the size indicated in the product name, so please do not worry.
