SUGARHILL MODERN DENIM JACKET

This is a jacket that incorporates the concept of the MODERN DENIM series, a new denim line launched from 2023AW.
A proposal for a refined design that eliminates waste while retaining classical features.
The fabric is "JIMI CLOTH".
Uses "JIMI CLOTH", an original left-hand twill denim newly developed in collaboration with Kuroki Co., Ltd., headquartered in Ibara City, Okayama.
The warp uses 7-count Zimbabwe cotton, dyed with pure indigo.
The weft also uses 7-count Zimbabwe cotton. 12.8oz
General denim fabric is woven using indigo-dyed warp and undyed weft, but
by weaving in weft dyed light beige, a depth is created in the color overlap.
The most distinctive feature is that it is woven with a left-hand twill.
By weaving with a left-hand twill against left-twisted yarn, the twist of the yarn tightens and the twill lines stand out.
Compared to the rough impression of right-hand twill, left-hand twill has a uniform surface, creating a calm luster and a soft texture.
In addition, the standing twill lines make it easier for wear marks to appear over time, allowing for distinct vertical fading.
