【Design】
A simple BUCKET HAT made of artificial leather, which was very popular last season.
CPH has used various artificial leathers in the past, but this time we are using "Amaretta," a high-quality suede-like artificial leather developed by "Kuraray Co., Ltd.".
We were so impressed by its texture and high-quality appearance that we adopted it without hesitation.
It is made by forming ultra-fine fibers of 0.004 denier with proprietary non-woven fabric technology, realizing a smooth suede-like brushed surface and a supple soft touch.
It also achieves a weight reduction of up to 30% compared to natural leather.
Furthermore, it has a lighting effect that changes its appearance depending on the direction of the nap, and it is characterized by its suppleness that adheres to the skin.
It is a material used not only for furniture, bags, and shoes, but also for formal wear such as suits, and its quality is demonstrated by its adoption by various brands.
The basic shape is the popular deep silhouette "30-55 BUCKET HAT / STANDARD" model.
This time, we added casual details by adding eyelets on both sides.
Normally, the brim of a hat has spiral stitching, but on this model, we have deliberately limited it to only three.
By reducing the number of stitches, the brim does not become too stiff, resulting in a soft finish that takes advantage of the soft texture of "Amaretta".
In addition, the relaxed sizing and deep fit that covers the eyes make it difficult to choose a face shape, creating a silhouette that is easy for a wide range of people to wear.
※The size is one size (59.5cm), but the inside of the hat is equipped with an adjuster that can reduce the size by about 2-3cm. You can adjust the fit to your own head for comfortable wear.
※The lining uses "COOL DOTS", an environmentally friendly cool stretch fabric developed by the cutting-edge fabric manufacturer "Komatsu Matere".
※Due to the characteristics of the suede-touch material, the color may appear uneven in some areas depending on the direction of the nap and the angle of light. The fabric itself is plain, not due to pattern or color unevenness.
