Bishuu Wool Twill Coat

A wool coat using high-quality material from "Bishuu," a world-renowned Japanese wool weaving production area.

Its most distinctive feature is the exquisite tailoring with meticulously calculated "pattern matching" so that the checks connect perfectly across the front, the center back, and the flap pockets on both chests. Luxurious fabric is used, and high-level cutting and sewing techniques by artisans result in a premium garment.

We use a special wool twill (twill weave) material woven in "Bishuu" (around Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture), one of the world's three major wool production areas. Both the warp and weft yarns are luxuriously made from thick "1/8 count" wool yarn.
Although it has a dense, thick volume, Bishuu's traditional weaving techniques achieve a supple and soft texture. It boasts excellent heat retention and serves as a reliable main outerwear for autumn and winter. It is also fully lined for a smooth feel.
