A unique knit cap with a generous weight has arrived. The yarn used is a special structure yarn knitted in a Lillian style with 16 needles of polyester yarn. Because it is very labor-intensive compared to general knit yarn, the unit price of the yarn itself is also high, and it is characterized by its lightness unique to its hollow structure, its unique stiffness, its dull luster, and its beautiful color development. The body is made with 3-gauge rib knitting. By knitting with the yarn close to the limit of the knitting machine, we pursued a firm thickness that takes advantage of the characteristics of this yarn. The body is single-layered, and the brim is folded twice. As a result, the brim has a thickness of about 3 cm, and when worn, you can feel a generous volume that sets it apart from other knit caps. Since the entire piece is knitted in a molded shape, there are no unnecessary seams, resulting in a clean finish despite its thickness. This is a knit cap that allows you to fully enjoy the material and volume, made with generous use of expensive special yarn and knitted to the limit with 3-gauge. The combination with the extra-thick knit has a somewhat crafty feel.
