《Precautions for use》
●Do not use for purposes other than its intended use.
●Please use with caution as food may slip when cutting.
●Please note that acidic foods such as vinegar and lemon may alter the surface or cause it to lose its luster.
●After use, wash lightly with a neutral dish detergent immediately, wipe off excess moisture with a cloth, and dry thoroughly.
●Do not use hard sponges, abrasive sponges, or metal scrubbers, as this may scratch the surface or cause the coating to peel off.
●Do not pour hot water on it or soak it.
●Pigments and odors from ingredients may be difficult to remove. For foods with strong odors, we recommend using a cutting board sheet (sold separately) in combination.
●Microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, and dish dryers cannot be used.
●Do not use bleach or chemicals such as nail polish remover or thinner.
●Please note that strong drying (direct sunlight, dish dryer, hair dryer, etc.) may cause cracks or warping.
●Due to the nature of the processing, there may be an odor. If you are concerned, air it out in a well-ventilated place.
