The proud melon has an exquisitely melting texture.
Among muskmelons, the "Crown Melon" bears the highest name. It is grown in an artificial cultivation bed called an "isolated bed," developed specifically for melon cultivation, and cultivated in a glass greenhouse with high sunlight transmittance. This cultivation method allows for precise management of soil, water, fertilizer, temperature, and humidity. Furthermore, only one fruit is left per plant, with others removed, so that all nutrients are concentrated into a single fruit. For Platinum and Gold, we deliver melons grown by producers who have received the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award.
