The latest issue, No. 7, features "Brooklyn Now. Kyoto Today."
It is a book that compiles the food scene, culture, and fashion that you need to know in New York and Kyoto in 2026, from a unique perspective. The usual models wearing CAHLUMN's latest apparel were photographed in local restaurants and on the streets of Brooklyn and Kyoto, capturing the current atmosphere. In NY, we visited a natural yeast bakery using French flour in Williamsburg, a video store specializing in vintage horror VHS tapes, a long-established workwear shop where local workers gather, and in the calm and quiet town of Cobble Hill, a cafe serving healthy breakfast. In Kyoto, we visited an Italian bar where locals gather every morning, and a diner where you can enjoy Kyoto vegetables and Ise fish for breakfast. A selection of renowned establishments chosen from Hasegawa's perspective.
