●The lining uses a interlining called hair canvas. In baseball caps from that era, before synthetic fibers existed, this hair canvas, made from horse or deer hair, was used to make the fabric stiff and durable.
●The iron finishing mold for the cap is also custom-made.
●A signature item with details packed into unseen places, such as a leather sweatband with foil-stamped logo and a union ticket.
