When opening: Do not touch the stopper cover, only push the runner part until you hear a 'click'.
When closing: Push the stopper cover while closing.
Precautions for Use
Glass fiber ribs may break or splinter, exposing the tips of the glass fibers from the resin surface. Never touch them with bare hands. If glass fibers pierce your skin and the pain persists, seek medical attention.
The fabric of this product is waterproofed, but please be aware that in heavy rain, water may seep through the fabric/special processing, or leakage may occur.
The phenomenon of sublimation transfer, where dark colored parts of the fabric transfer to lighter colored parts, may occur. This cannot be completely prevented with current dyeing technology, so please understand.
The coated surface of the umbrella fabric is delicate, and may peel if bumped or rubbed.
This product has sharp parts. Please use after confirming the safety of your surroundings to avoid hitting others or objects.
When opening the umbrella, please fully loosen the fabric and open it slowly.
If the handle or ribs of this product break or deform, it may lead to injury or accidents. Discontinue use immediately.
Do not use during strong winds, as this product may be damaged.
Do not use this product for purposes other than its intended use as an umbrella, such as using it as a walking stick.
This product is not designed to be attached to devices that fix it to bicycles, strollers, etc. It may obstruct your view and cause accidents or damage, so please do not attach it.
This product has parts where the ribs are close together due to its structure, or where the ribs move during opening and closing. Be careful not to get your hands or fingers caught, as this may cause injury.
Hand cream or sunscreen may cause discoloration of the fabric or handle of this product.
After use, please dry the product in the shade before storing it. Direct sunlight may cause fading or damage to the surface treatment. Storing it while wet may cause rust or color transfer from the fabric.
The waterproofing and water repellency of the umbrella fabric will decrease with use. To ensure long-term use, we recommend caring for it with commercially available waterproofing spray.
Leaving the umbrella in a car may cause the fabric to discolor or the ribs to deform due to high temperature and humidity, so please avoid this.
This product has been tested according to JIS L 1055 A (shading rate) and JIS L 1925 (UV shielding rate) and confirmed to be 100% for both. However, the measured values are for the fabric condition and do not represent the performance of the umbrella itself.
