Founded by LA-based artist Max Dower, UNFORTUNATE PORTRAIT (unfortunate portrait) originated from an Instagram account featuring drawings of rappers, actors, athletes, characters, and heroes, reminiscent of children's drawings.
Most of the drawings are characterized by their 2D style and crayon-like colors. Although the artist's name is not disclosed, the line was launched due to positive feedback from followers and friends. Its characteristics include irony and an unbalanced feel, like crayon drawings that evoke childhood art.
The American-made body is made of high-quality cotton with a tubular knit construction, offering a smooth and supple feel that is addictive.
