【GEVACO】
A long-established workwear manufacturer founded in Belgium in the 1960s.
It became famous for its cute brand icon of a horse wearing overalls, and as a manufacturer that produced workwear that wouldn't tear even when pulled by a horse.
In its early days, it was adopted as military uniforms for the Belgian army due to its durability.
The brand disappeared in its home country in the 1990s.
In 2021, although there is no connection to the original brand, a new "GEVACO" was launched in Japan, referencing past designs and details and arranging them in a modern style. (Trademark application 2020-44488)
