Founded in 1983 in Amherst, a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts, centered on guitarist and vocalist J. Mascis. Their music, characterized by noisy guitar sound, pop melodies, and languid vocals, gained popularity during the 1990s grunge/alternative boom. This is a special-order official licensed T-shirt of Dinosaur Jr.
Reproduces the big prints of the 1990s. This is the jacket T-shirt of the single "START CHOPPIN" released in 1993. It is also included on the album WHERE YOU BEEN released the same year, and the artwork for both was created by ANGRY JOHNNY.
The body is also thoroughly refined: a 25mm-wide neck rib, hem and sleeves finished with single stitching (chainstitch), and all sewing done with single-lock stitching to recreate the 1990s feel. The 6.2 oz fabric knitted from 100% American cotton is made in the USA and, of course, tubular. It is a special piece sewn and printed in Japan.
