Formed in 1983 in Amherst, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston, centered around guitarist and vocalist J. Mascis. "Dinosaur Jr." gained popularity during the 1990s grunge/alternative boom with their musical style characterized by noisy guitar sounds and languid vocals over pop melodies. This is an original T-shirt with official licensing from Dinosaur Jr.
Reproduces the big print from the 90s. This is one of the band's representative graphics, loved since the early 90s, also known as "Plant Monster" or "Green Monster." It's a rare navy body for a band T-shirt, and items from that era are highly sought after in the vintage market.
