BBC Double Stripe Jacquard

A premium no-lease original tie using fabric from BBC Jacquard.
BBC Jacquard is a supplier from the Como region in northern Italy, one of the world's leading silk-producing areas.
This tie is made from premium fabric selected to match modern trends in pattern and color, with meticulous attention to design details. Each tie is hand-sewn one by one at a domestic sewing factory. We also use high-quality silk for the lining.
For the interlining, we use a wool + acrylic core with higher resilience than general polyester, and partially use a complex two-layer interlining, carefully selected to balance with the outer fabric for optimal comfort when tied.
What is a "slack thread"?
A "slack thread," a mark of a high-quality handmade tie, is a loop of thread on the back of the wide end. It is the excess part of the thread used to sew the back of the tie together.
By leaving some slack in the thread, it slides smoothly when tying the tie, preventing damage to the stitching and fabric.
