Hiroshi Hirono

A tea can with a nostalgic yet innovative design!

This is a collaboration product between artists of the Akan-kotan Ainu village by Lake Akan and "Yamaji Paper Mill" in Fukui Prefecture, which produces Echizen washi.

The Ainu patterns are expressed using Yamaji Paper Mill's unique "floating paper" technique.
The design features a sense of novelty within a nostalgic atmosphere.

Of course it can be used as a tea can, and it's also ideal for storing sweets or coffee beans, making it a recommended souvenir for visitors from abroad and a gift for those who love Japanese history and traditional crafts.

Bring simple yet modern Ainu culture into your daily life.
Please enjoy this great traditional culture, nurtured and passed down in the northern great outdoors, in whatever style you prefer.

This time, we offer four colors including bush warbler green and light blue, in three sizes: large, medium, and small.
