I tried both M and S sizes.
With M size, there was enough room to fit a finger, but they didn't come off when walking.
S size was a bit difficult to put on, but once on, they fit snugly without any pressure points or pain.
Since the material is genuine leather and will mold to my feet over time, I think S size would be better.
For those with feet around 23cm and wide feet, M size is recommended.
