The fabric weaving is done in the Takashima region of Shiga Prefecture, famous for its crepe since ancient times, and the dyeing and finishing are done in Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture.

Based on ancient crepe technology, the greatest feature of Creperi, finished with product dyeing, is the texture and elasticity of its fabric.
The untwisted warp threads and twisted weft threads result in different finishes during the dyeing process, creating unique irregularities (shibo) on the fabric surface. Because of these irregularities, it doesn't stick to the skin, achieving a smooth and refreshing feel.
Additionally, the high elasticity, not found in regular crepe fabrics, is unique to Creperi.
The fabric stretches up to twice its original size, making it a garment that naturally conforms to the body's form.
