Merino wool blended cotton terry hoodie sweatshirt

"We finished a nicely heathered Merino wool + cotton sweat series. We made a hoodie, crew, and V-neck. Wool has the property of absorbing moisture when you sweat and locking it into the fibers. So even if the fabric gets wet from sweat, the surface remains dry to the touch. However, when the amount of sweat exceeds a certain level, the fibers become full of moisture and repel it to the outside.
This series was developed to keep you as comfortable as possible when you overdress or sweat heavily during outdoor winter sports. The outside is Merino wool, but intentionally the inside is made of cotton pile. By doing this, it can cope with a wide range of temperatures and humidity. I really like the classic, American-like fabric feel. The V-neck is intentionally made with a deep V zone. Put it over a turtleneck, wear a shirt without buttoning it, and then wear this V-neck sweat over it to turn the sporty nature of a sweat into something more like a cardigan." (A.H)
