■Innovation in pile knitting technology called FBZ! It is now possible to make them with all-cotton, which was previously unachievable.
The synergistic effect of FBZ pile knitting and the natural twist of cotton creates natural stretch, improving cushioning and elasticity compared to conventional towel blankets.
From after bath to bed
We planned products with the theme of "from after bath to bed" as an entry point to experience the material of pile blankets.
The drape and feel are also soft and supple, being all-cotton.

■Features of LIBRA Pile Blanket:
1: Pile loops are resistant to snagging
Unlike regular towel weaving machines, the structure firmly holds the pile, making it difficult for it to come loose.
2: Uses compact yarn that is less prone to shedding
When spinning cotton yarn, by twisting the fuzz inward, we reduced the amount of fuzz that appears on the surface compared to regular yarn.
The elasticity of cotton is maintained, while shedding is reduced.
3: With naturally derived antibacterial treatment
An antibacterial treatment extracted from grapefruit seeds inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria.
