■Material: Burkina Denim
Denim made from Burkina Faso cotton, located in West Africa. The yarn spun from this resilient cotton, close to a wild species, is characterized by its softness and good馴染み.
■Processing: rinse (one-wash)
It has been washed once at a processing factory and dried in a high-heat dryer. Even if you wash it at home, the product will not shrink significantly. The re.birth color is coated with resin on the surface of the product using a special process after drying. Since the resin is not water-soluble, the crisp appearance you purchased will last even after repeated washing, and the deep indigo blue can be enjoyed longer compared to regular denim. As you wear it, the denim will rub against various surfaces, causing the resin to gradually peel off, and at the same time, the color will fade.

Burkina Faso, the origin of the cotton used in Friendship Denim, is considered one of the poorest countries in the world. For the children of Burkina Faso, we donate 250 yen per pair of Friendship Denim sold for one year, through the NPO Burkina Faso Friendship Association. The donations collected from various companies are used to fund national elementary schools, agricultural training centers, and wells.
■About home washing
・Machine washable. (Do not use bleach)
・Indigo dye may transfer, so wash separately.
・We recommend a neutral detergent without fluorescent brighteners.
※Due to the washing process, threads may appear from buttonholes or seams, but there is no problem with the product itself.
