Polo Shirt

A polo shirt is indispensable in summer. After all, wearing only T-shirts every day becomes tiresome. The fabric is piqué knit. Its textured (non-flat) structure improves quick-drying when wet with sweat. It is made with a sturdy thickness, so it absorbs a lot of sweat and should keep you comfortable even in midsummer. The cut is a relaxed box silhouette rather than a tight fit. It's important that a polo still looks good even when worn loosely without buttoning — it's more comfortable that way. To avoid looking awkward or too narrow when the chest opens too wide, the placket has been kept short. When wearing it oversized, you might feel better buttoning it up all the way. (A.H)
As with the Pack T, binder tape is used on the shoulders, armholes, sleeves, hem, and underarms. The buttons are made from Takase shell, giving a slightly more refined appearance.
