A synthetic leather hunting cap that is active in the autumn and winter seasons.

The 441 type hunting cap is characterized by its thin, upward-curving brim tip, reminiscent of a bird's beak. The crown is constructed with six panels, like a baseball cap, with a rounded back that follows the shape of the head and a flat front. The six-panel construction creates an elliptical silhouette with a distinct front-to-back shape, typical of authentic hunting caps. Additionally, a diagonal seam is added to the opening, and eyelets are placed on the four back panels (renge) to achieve both a secure fit and a lightweight feel when worn. This is a modern style, streamlined for a neat appearance even in urban settings.

The material used is a wet-processed synthetic leather, which achieves a texture close to natural leather by softening the foamed layer on the surface. It is softer and more supple than general dry synthetic leather and has excellent breathability. Furthermore, a medium-weight, soft type with a moderate semi-gloss and realistic leather grain is used, giving it a natural leather appearance while being lightweight and easy to handle, making it suitable for everyday use.

The brim core is made of P.E.F., a lightweight and soft material. The P.E.F. core, which can be folded, is also convenient for handling.

The lining uses "COOL DOTS," an environmentally friendly cool stretch fabric developed by Komatsu Matere, a world-renowned advanced fabric manufacturer. This 100% polyester mesh fabric has countless micro-perforations invisible to the naked eye, providing composite functions such as breathability, water repellency, water absorption, and quick drying, making it suitable for various apparel applications. Although it is a somewhat luxurious material for a hat, it was determined to be the most suitable fabric for reducing stuffiness.

Regarding washing: SYNTHETIC LEATHER cannot generally be washed. If you are concerned about odors, please hand wash and dry only the inside of the hat. Be careful not to get water on the synthetic leather part.

This hat is made slightly larger than the indicated size. An adjustable adjuster is built into the inside of the hat, allowing you to reduce the size by 2-3 cm. Please use this feature to adjust it to your perfect fit.
