The exhibition "Emotion, Sign, Passion: On Godard's 'The Image Book'", which unravels the innovative visual expression of the master filmmaker Jean-Luc Godard and presents a new cinematic viewing experience, has arrived in Japan, opening on July 4th in Shinjuku.
This is an installation curated by Swiss filmmaker Fabrice Aragno, who served as director of photography for "Film Socialisme" (2010) and was Godard's right-hand man in his later years, and was planned and designed through collaboration with director Jean-Luc Godard.
Kyoto Tsutaya Books will hold a fair to commemorate this exhibition, featuring original goods and exploring Jean-Luc Godard as a film director.
