This is a top-quality stole made by "All Kyoto artisans" — Kurotani washi cut into thin strips and twisted into yarn, combined with silk yarn, woven using the Tango chirimen technique, and dyed with Kyoto kanoko shibori, resulting in a strong and supple luxury stole.

Kurotani washi, with over 800 years of history, is carefully finished sheet by sheet by skilled craftsmen using the traditional hand-sheeting method.

It is a "grow-with-you stole" that becomes more comfortable against the skin the longer it is used, allowing you to enjoy changes over time.

The vividly madder-colored plant-dyed stole is a fine piece that suits both traditional Japanese and Western-style attire.
