BECOS

A fusion of traditional beautiful colors and artisan skill!

Together with Takahashi Kusu, which has over 100 years of history in Sakai, Osaka, a town of blades, we have created this knife with a focus on both the material and specifications, as well as its aesthetic beauty.

The blade is made from AUS10, which is used for medical scalpels and knives, and has strong corrosion resistance against rust. It is finished with a hammered Damascus pattern, making it a unique piece.

The handle features the beautiful color of indigo dye and a unique wood grain for each piece, giving it a chic finish.

While indigo knives often draw attention for their beautiful visuals, they also have "antibacterial," "deodorizing," and "insect repellent" effects, and are safe as they are naturally derived.

This allows you to keep your knife hygienic for a long time and enjoy cooking.

This Santoku knife can be used for everyday meal preparation for many years.

It is also recommended as a gift for wedding anniversaries or Mother's Day.
