BECOS

A fusion of traditional beautiful colors and artisan skill!

Together with Takahashi Kusu, which has over 100 years of history in Sakai, Osaka, a town of blades, we have created this knife with a focus on both the material and specifications, as well as its aesthetic beauty.

The blade uses V-gold 10 steel, a favorite of professionals, known for its sharp edge, strength, and durability, and features a beautiful 31-layer hammered Damascus pattern.

The handle is indigo-dyed with a beautiful color and unique wood grain for a chic finish.

While indigo knives tend to attract attention for their beautiful appearance, they also have "antibacterial," "deodorizing," and "insect repellent" effects, and are safe because they are naturally derived.

This allows you to keep your knife hygienic at all times and enjoy cooking.

It is also recommended as a gift for new graduates starting to live alone or for those who love cooking.

This product will be discontinued once current stock runs out, so please order early.
