There were once more than 20 incense watermills in the Yame region of Fukuoka, but now only two remain.

A husband and wife continue to make incense sticks using the traditional waterwheel method.

Most so-called domestic incense sticks use inexpensive foreign raw materials as a base, with a very small amount of domestic cedar powder, fragrances, and colorants. However, our incense sticks are made only from natural cedar and tabu leaves.

The waterwheel uses only the power of nature and is a wonderful power source that utilizes human wisdom.

Please use it not only for offerings but also when you want to relax.
