This is a serene square plate of Nishijin weave, richly woven with gold and silver threads on a navy base.

Features patterns like the “hishi” diamond, which symbolizes wishes for good health, and the auspicious “takara-zukushi” (array of treasures); the impression varies depending on which part of the pattern is displayed.

The beautiful textile is sandwiched between glass and EVA resin, and the back has anti-slip and shatter-prevention treatments, making it a highly functional plate.
